My Review:

Wrapped in Silk is book 1 in "The Wrapped" series by MJ Fields. This is Emma and Brody's story. This is a single parent/rocker  romance where the MC are both going thru divorces. They met accidentally in Central Park while Brody was on a run. Brody's reaction to Emma was this insta-attraction/love but oh how he fought it at first (kinda goes to his being a rockstar). Emma is just trying to take care of her little girl, London and deal with the emotional fallout of her divorce. She meets this  younger  man where sparks flew. Does she want to even pursue this?  The angst, emotional baggage for both, the feels,  hot chemistry,  heat,  one cute little girl , fast-paced,  romance and great cliffhanger! Can't wait for book 2!!

My Review:

Until May is book 11 in the Until Him/Her series by Aurora Rose Reynolds. This is May's book. Her BOOM is Aiden. May decided to join internet dating site and got catfished by this handsome soccer star face. Then quite literally ran into the man after she found out she was being catfished. Aiden fell for May and didn't understand why he was getting hot and cold flashes from her. The story was definitely all about the BOOM on both sides. There is twists and turns,  passion and romance and the lovely HEA. Great seeing past characters (plus some new) make appearances. Overall just a wonderful read.

My Rating: 4.5 stars **********

“What do you want, Ana?”

Her lips press together. “Not to be protected. And too much, apparently. We’ve been in one place too long. We need to go. Do you understand?”

I want to know what “too much” means, but damn it, she’s not wrong. We can’t hang out on the street, not if we want to live through the night. “We’re not done with this conversation.”

“You might not be, but I am.” She tries to step out of my grip.

I hold her to me, cup her face, and kiss her hard and fast. “I’m not. I’m not done with anything to do with you. Not now and not ever.”

“Okay, that statement contradicts the past two years and makes me angry.” She tries to knee me, and I catch her leg. Undeterred, she adds, “And I’m not done with this conversation either.”

My lips curving with how easily I drew her into battle, how easily I’ve always drawn her into battle. It feels like us and I do fucking love us. I want to push her harder. I want to kiss her harder. Instead, I release her and for just a beat we stare at each other, the air ignited with conflict. She turns on her heels and starts walking. I let her go, but not too far. Luke's Touch is book 2 in the Walker Security: Lucifer's Trilogy by Lisa Renee Jones. This is a continuation of Luke aka ‘Lucifer’ Remington and Ana Banks' story. 

Book 2 picks up where book 1 left off where Luke and Ana are on the run. Great mystery that's ongoing that pertains to Ana's brother which somehow  ends up getting back to Ana and Luke. Add in the betrayal,  secrets,  twists,  chemistry , romance and cliffhanger ending.

They didn't expect to see each other again but yet they did  - He’s her new boss. She's his new assistant. The chemistry between them is sizzling. Nate has come back gone with his teenage daughter after many years and Luna is going through a tough time herself so we get to see these two come together yet fight it. Small town romances at its best!! Get ready for the twists,  chemistry,  heat and romance.

Forever with Me is the 4th book  in the Everhart Brothers series by author Claudia Burgoa. We finally get Fitzhenry Everhart's story!! He's a phenomenal lawyer,  he's the one you call in a crisis,  takes care of the family and no one can seem to get things done right like he can. Lang is an covert operative who is assigned to work at Everhart & Everhart, LLP.  Lang ends up in a fake office romance with Fitz while allowing Lang to do his dangerous spy games. Feelings develop on both sides which they are looking for this dangerous client,  get caught up in intrigue and suspense,  and yes- Passion 🔥🔥. Each Man has their own story to tell and in that story comes BAGGAGE. Do I think their connection is real? Feels are there ? The HEA is good? You will have to read this book to see how everything came together.
